Appointments can be made by telephone by calling (057) 93 24575 or you can request an appointment online here.



Prices are subject to change and may differ from those stated on pricelists. Each service is tailored to you. A full price will be given on consultation.

We recommend booking your next appointment before you leave to ensure that we can fit you in at a convenient time.


Physical Illnesses/Problems:

Please let us know at the time of booking:

If you suffer from any allergies or medical conditions (i.e. heart condition, high/low blood pressure, diabetes) or have any injury. This may mean that some treatments are contra-indicated in part or in full. To avoid disappointment.

If you have recently undergone an operation or received treatment for cancer within the last five years, we may need GP approval for some treatments.



Some treatments may be unsuitable if you are pregnant or trying to become pregnant.


Cancellation/Lateness Policy:

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment if it’s your first time, as we will need you to fill out a consultation form.

Please be prompt for your appointment, as treatment must commence at your booking start time. If late, you may have the treatment cut short or be asked to reschedule.

Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made 24 hours in advance. To avoid a cancellation fee.
If you cannot attend your appointment on the day, please phone us ASAP so we can offer the appointment to someone else. Please note that cancellations cannot be made via email, text or social media.

When booking, you must provide us with your correct mobile phone number to receive a reminder text the day before your appointment.

If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours, you will be asked to pay 50% of the treatment cost upon rebooking to secure the appointment. We completely understand that things can happen at the last minute and can assure you that we will be sympathetic.



Discounts or offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Offers and discounts are not valid during the Christmas period or on bank holidays.


Gift Vouchers:

Gift vouchers may suggest a treatment but are actually for a financial value. If you are unsure how much your voucher is for, do not hesitate to ask, as it is always logged on our system. Unless otherwise stated, vouchers are valid for five years from the issue date.


Complaints Procedure:

We endeavour to achieve a colour result as close to the target tone/shade as possible. Due to the individuality and uniqueness of each person’s hair type and make-up, colour services are undertaken with the understanding that the final results may differ from the target colour.

If you are not satisfied with your colour, please notify the salon and make a follow-up appointment to be attended within two weeks of the original service.

The follow-up consultation will be scheduled with the original colourist assisted by a more senior team member if deemed appropriate.
Only If a technical fault is found with our work would we offer to correct it at no additional charge.

Or if the outcome is not what you expected due to the limitations of colour/science, the integrity of your hair or simply not what you envisioned. We would advise the correct course of action to correct the perceived issue, which there may be an additional charge for, at the stylist’s discretion.

If the hair has been subsequently coloured at another salon or at home before completion of the follow-up consultation and assessment of the hair, we reserve the right to refuse a re-colour or offer a refund for the disputed service.


Allergy Tests:

Guests who have not had a colour service before or have not had a colour service for over three months at Thai Touch must make arrangements for a complimentary consultation to be booked, which will include a skin allergy test. Allergy tests must occur no later than 48 hours before a colour service appointment.

A 50% non-refundable booking fee will be requested to secure your appointment. This booking fee will be used as part payment towards your service and is non-refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment or no-show. Your booking fee is to secure hairdressing services and can’t be used towards retail purchases.
